Work records
In Work records in the Personnel Granule, employees can track their work records, such as arrival to work, lunch break, business and private exits, Attendance, absence requests and leave information.
The data from Work records is also used for creating tasks, for tracking presence/absence work records and payroll preparation in PANTHEON.
The toolbar in Work records shows four tabs:
| My records |
Opens by default and shows the employee work records. |
| Attendance |
Shows employee attendance (presence at workplace or performance of work obligations). |
| Requests |
Shows all requests made by the employee. |
| Leave |
Shows employee leave by year. |

WARNING
- By default, Granules only show the data of the logged-in user. The data displayed can be changed any time by defining relevant authorizations.
- If only one Granule is assigned to the user, the granule-specific logo and name in the main menu are displayed. If several Granules are assigned to the user, the main menu shows general PANTHEON Granules logo.
