U podešavanjima finansijskih izveštaja nalazi se čarobnjak koji omogućava uvoz i izvoz finansijskih izveštaja, kopiranje i umetanje redova, kao i proveru formula u finansijskim izveštajima.

1. Kopiraj pozicije
Odabirom opcije Kopiraj pozicije iz menija Čarobnjaka otvara se prozor:

Odgovorna osoba unosi šifru bilansa iz kojeg želi da kopira pozicije . |
| Način prenosa |
- Dodavanje: odabirom ove opcije dodaju se samo one pozicije koje nisu prisutne na trenutno odabranom bilansu.
- Prekrivanje : kopira sve pozicije izvornog bilansa. Ako pozicija već postoji u trenutno odabranom bilansu, ta pozicija će biti prekrivana podacima iz izvornog bilansa.

2. Uvoz i izvoz bilansa
Izvoz bilansa – the financial report is exported from PANTHEON. The person responsible selects the financial report for export, and the pathway for export.

3. Inserting lines
By clicking the Insert button, a new line is created.
4. Checking all formulas in financial report:
By clicking Check all formulas in financial report, a window will open:
If the person responsible clicks the Yes button, PANTHEON will check formulas in financial reports. If there is a mistake in any formula, the program returns a message:
The person responsible fixes the mistake and clicks Confirm.
Once the program checks all the formulas, it returns the following message:
