Criteria

  

We can also use criteria to display specific data. 

 

Item Search by item ID
Name Search by the Item Name.
Prim. Categ Search by the primary category.
Sec. Categ Search by the secondary category.
Owner Search by the owner of the animal.
Last name Search by the Last name of the animal.
First name Search by the Fisrt name of the animal
Poste code Search by the postcode where the owner lives.
Municipality Search by the municipality where the owner lives.
Country Search by the coutry wher the owner lives.
Holding Search by the holding ID. 
Animal ID Search by the animal ID.
Name Search by the animal name.
Animal type Search  the animal type.
Breed Search by  the animal breed.
Animal Category Search by the animal category.
Status

Search by the status. We can choose between:

  • 1 - Alive
  • 2- Dead
  • 3- Inactive
Purpose Search by the purpuse of the animal.
Diagnosis Search by the diagnosis of the animal.
Departmenst Serach by the departments.
Cost Center Search by the Cost center.
Veterinarian Search by the veterinarian.
Clerk Search by the Clerk.
Document No.  Search by document number. 
Treatmnet date from /Date to  Search by the date of the treatment.
Days in week Search by the days in a week.
Weeks in Year Search by the weeks in a year.
Payer Search by the payer.
Vaccination type Search by the  vaccination type.
Vaccination date from Search by ​the  vaccination date form.
Vaccination date to Search by ​the  vaccination date to.
Insemination GO Search by the Insemination GO.
Rpt. Insemination GO Search by the Rpr. Insemination GO.
Post inesmination check-up

Search by Post insemination check up. We can serach by :

  • Natural Insemination check-up (21 days)
  • Natural Insemination chech-up (42 days)
  • Pregnancy check with US (30 days)
  • Expected dry-off (230 days)
  • Expected calving (290 days)
Deviation days from Search by deviation days.
Status

Search by the status.

  • N - Not approved
  • P - Approved
Additional filters for Shelter  
Municipalizy Search by the municipality where the animal was found.
Move type Search by the move type.
Arrival date from Search by the arrival date from.
Arrival date to Search by the arrival date to.
Dep.date from Search by the departure date from.
Dep.date  to Search by the departure date to.

 

At the bottom of the criteria, we have option buttons allowing additional functionality and overviews.

To submit insurance claims, click the "Request with logs" button. This will allow you to print insurance claims along with the performed treatments.

By clicking this button, we can send the owner a medical records and vaccination invitation. It is only active in these two cases.
Data of the report we can see also in table mode.
Click on this button to open a report of reserved items.
View reserved items in tablet mode.
Click on this button we print out selected report.

Click on this button to view the data in an ad-hoc format.
