We can select individual or multiple employees.

Department

We can copy HSW to all employees in a specific or multiple departments.

Position of Employment

We can copy HSW to all employees in a specific or multiple positions.

Training date

From the drop-down table we select when the HSW training was done.

Duration

We enter the duration time for test of HSW.

HSW Qualifications

From the selected table we select the type of HSW Qualifications.

Performed By

Based on the HSW Qualifications also the performer is filled. We cannot manually enter data here.

Training

We enter text of the qualifications.

Interval

Interval is automatically entered if we have it set in the register of HSW, but we can also enter it manually.

Next Test

From the selected table we enter date when the next exam will be. If he interval is set in the HSW register, that the date will be automatically entered, but we can change it manually.

Passed Test

In case the employees we have send for HSW Qualification have past the test we confirm the checkbox.  

Note

We enter a text for a note.

We confirm with the button Copy. At the end the program will display a message, that the HSW qualifications have ben successfully copied, which we confirm.
