Difference to minimal salary – calculated

 Employee has for the payroll calculation for the period 2019-09 with the payout 15.10.2019 the following data: 
  • sick leave till 30 days 168 hours (RDC)
  • gross salary is 780,00 EUR
  • minimal salary for the calculated period is 886,63 EUR
  • hourly rate from the previous month is 4,30 EUR

 

First we check if we have everything set for the calculation of minimal salary.

In the payroll preparation we select the earning type for sick leave till 30 days (BP8) and add hours and launch the payroll calculation through the button .

 

In the payroll calculation are automatically added earning types for difference to minimal salary, that are RDI, if we have confirmed checked Diff. to Min. Salary.
