Tranfer from Manufacturing

In the Manufacturing module you can record used hours for the individual work operation and for the individual employee. You can also set the earnings type according to which the earnings should be calculated.

 Through the Retrieve from Manufacturing function you can to each employee transfer data from the manufacturing module, provided you have defined data about the number of worked hours. In the payroll preparation, the program will create a line for the appropriate work type, i.e. regular work, overtime, etc.

Set in the program parameters the database from which the program will draw data about the completed work in the manufacturing (by default: the current database).

Once, you click the Transfer button, the program will ask for confirmation:
If there are recorded working hours of employees for the month of the payroll, the program will display a warning:
Otherwise, the program will enter lines for suitable earnings types to employee to whom you have entered the data about hours worked:

The program will transfer to the payroll the total hours worked for each earnings type of an individual employee.
