Salary Calculation for All Employees

 Through this button you can calculate salary for all employees that have been entered in the payroll preparation.

Once, you have successfully completed the payroll preparation, you can calculate salaries.

If you have not set the average salary in the register for the month of the salary calculation, the program will have no data for the calculation of the income tax. The procedure will be aborted and the program will display an error.

The program will also display a list with errors if some information in the payroll is absurd. The calculation will be completed, but the program will display the list of errors. If so, you can track the errors from the list and check and edit the payroll preparation.

 

000001.gif The payroll for all employees can only be run for pay slips that have not yet been finished!
000001.gif If the pay slip has already been created, you cannot delete the payroll preparation that was the basis for its creation. You previously have to delete the pay slip. The program will display a warning with the error message.

If you have in the Salary calculation for one employee selected the Difference to minimum salary option, the program will include this setting here as well.
