Transfer to Employee records

True wizard we can transfer information for chosen applicant from a specific vacancy notice to Employee records.  

In Applicants with Wizard  you can chose a menu Transfer to Employee records for a chosen applicant.

With the selection Transfer to Employee records program will create an employee file for the chosen candidate and transfer the information. You must enter the Reg. No./ID.

With wizard we can use option Transfer to Employee records only those candidates that have marked in "Response on Vacancy Notice" for which vacany they were chosen.

In case the Vacancy Noitce isn't selected, the program will report an error:

With Tranfer to Employee records also the dinformation from the panel is transferred:  

  • Medical Examination: where the information is filled in the Positions of Employment from the panel General, if we have selected and checked which exam we would like to have it.

  •  Safety at work: where the information is filled in the Positions of Employment from the panel General, if we have selected and checked which HSW Certificates we would like to have it.

  • Protective Equipment: where all protective equipment is transferred from the Positions of Employment from the panel Protective Equipment those that have a check point in the column Complies and the date in the column Replacement is greater than the date of the applicant acceptance written in Applicants I Particulars I Date
