If you subsequentially correct data in the document of receiving to the customs warehouse about the:

  • gross weight
  • number of packages
  • origin
  • type and number of declaration
  • price of receiving

with the help of this function you can also update the data in linked issues from the customs warehouse and even in the customs declaration (if it has been created, but not yet handed to the forwarding agent or the customs authorities)

Document type for issue
 select the type of document of issue, where the data will be edited
Item
enter the id of the item
SAD
limit the function to a certain number of SAD for receiving of goods, where the data on weight and packages is being corrected subsequentially
Edit declaration
 check, if the customs declaration , created on basis of issues from the first field should be edited as well. If you do not check the field, the data will only be corrected in the daily issues.
Recalculation
again calculates the data on weight and packages and corrects the data in daily issues of the customs declaration if needed.
