Financial Report Check

Financial Report Check is designed to search duplicate records in the report. Pantheon checks the duplicate accounts in the positions and doubling the reference to the cells. Control is for informational purposes only. In some financial reports shall be reasonably appear duplicated cell references. We can also use "Search For" and "Account" field.

Financial Report Check is carried out in the menu Financial Reports (Settings / Financials / Financial Report). The new window opens:

 

Show Mark columns we want to check.
Search For Insert signs to search for. We can use also special sign %.
Chart of Accts. Choose chart of accounts to check. At various chart of accounts may have different settings.
Account Choose account for check.
Find Find desired set of signs or account.
Show Duplicate Records Triggered button shows duplicate records.
Reset Triggered button will reset search sets of signs or accounts.

 

Picture below shows duplicated records without using filters. The green frames are duplicate entries, which are substantively correct for report, in the red frames are duplicate records, which represent an error and, consequently, incorrectly report.
