Criteria for the Calculation of the Compensation Basis

Year

Define the year for which you would like to calculate the compensation basis.
Mandatory, the information must be entered as a 4-digit number (see the above example)!

Hours worked

The required hours worked that prescribed for the entire company. You can enter the hours worked here or leave the default value 0. If you leave the default value 0, the program will calculate this information from the data of the hours worked in the register of average salaries.
The program will search for:

• payroll preparation, paid out salaries in a certain year (relevant is the "Payout Date" from the header of the Payroll Preparation form);
• Hours worked for the "Period" from the header of the same Payroll Preparation form is transferred to the annual hours worked.

If there are multiple salary payouts for the same period in the certain year, the program will only once add the monthly hours worked to the company's annual hours worked!

Contribution 

Select the contribution ID that has been withdrawn from the gross salary. This contribution ID also determines whether an earnings type is included in the calculation basis for the contributions or not.
By default, the program will use the predefined contribution ID D1.

Employee

You can limit the calculation to the individual employee. If you leave the field blank, the program make a certain calculation for all employees from your database.

Basis for ZZZS

If you select this option, the program will use for the contribution basis only earnings types with the selected Basis for ZZZS Compensation checkbox.

If you click the Run button, the program will run the procedure for searching data. The program will place you to the Overview or Edit tab.
