Costs

Costs are entered to calculate the statistical value of the goods at the Slovene border. They are only entered by reporting units that have exceeded the special threshold.

ID The cost ID from the Costs and Additional Information register.
Value The value of the cost for the currently selected line.

Values cannot be entered for IDs of the type O - Additional information. If you attempt to enter values for this type of cost, the program will return an error: No value may be entered for this type of expense!
 
Description A description of the costs and additional information.

Taxes

In this field, the value of the accounted VAT (the statistical value of the goods serves as a basis; import duties, etc.) is calculated.

This information is calculated and entered by clicking the Create taxes button. If any data is changed in the lines of the report, this function must be used to recalculate taxes. Before taxes are recalculated, the program will ask you to confirm the operation: Do you really want to create taxes?

Taxes can also be entered manually. Automatically creating taxes will NOT CHANGE manually added taxes.

ID The ID of the tax type.
Base The base for calculating the tax.
Rate The tax rate.
Value The value of the tax (base x rate). Values are rounded.
