Among the documents, move with the task bar, where the following can be found:

 Allow for deleting of records, adding records, browsing and search through data (see Navigation buttons). 

Deleting of the document is not possible, if it is:

 Search - with the click on the 017403.gif icon, a special search table is opened, with the help of which you can search, sort or filter the existing records in the database by: number, date, warehouse, first or second linked document and clerk
