In the Length of Service table on the left side below of the Employment Record panel are in summary displayed different types of length of service. Only length of services with the value in the Length of service (YY-MM-DD) field greater than 0. The table has three columns:
  • Name - (name of the length of service type);
  • Variable - (variable that refers to a certain length of service);
  • Length of service (YY-MM-DD) - (value of the individual length of service).

Below are listed some length of services with descriptions.
Length of service as student work The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the Student Work status.
Length of service as hired work The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the Temporary Work status.
Length of service as  contract work The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the Contractual Work status.
Working years outside this company The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the For Other Employer length of service.
Length of service increase for other employer The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the For Other Employer option in the length of service and with the defined Code of inc. field.
Length of service for this employer The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Start and End Date field and with the selected This Employer option in the Status field. If the employee was also before employed in your company, the program will sum all length of services in your company.

Length of service increase for this employer The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the This Employer option in the length of service.
Purchased The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the Purchase option in Status field .
Purchased increase The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the Purchase option in Status field and with the defined Code of inc. field.
Other The program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the Other option in Status field.
Other increase he program will automatically enter this field according to entered data in the Employment Record section with the Other option in Status field and with the defined Code of inc. field.
Insurance period total The program will automatically enter the field according to previously entered data in the Employment Record section. It will sum up the length of service for other employer, for this employer, purchase and other insurance period.
Insurance period total Increase The program will automatically enter the field according to previously entered data in the Employment Record section and with the defined Code of inc. field. It will sum up the length of service for other employer, for this employer, purchase and other insurance period.
Length of service for leave In this field is the sum of the length of service which is the basis to calculate leave.

Total In this field is the sum of the insurance period.

    • Length of service increase for this employer (from last start only) - #BZVP#
    • Length of service for this employer before the last start- #DVPP#
    • Length of service increase for this employer before the last start - #BVPP#
  • Working years for anniversary rewards - #DDJD#

 

Variables will return the number of days fro the length of service to which you want to refer!

There are available two additional operators and can only be used in these formulas:

  • \ - (backslash) inter division;
  • | - (pipe) remainder of integer division.
000001.gif Length of service will display in: numbers of years, months, days (YY/MM/DD)!
000001.gif All changes of positions an employee had in you company are recorded in the Position/Salary panel, where you can se the history of employee's positions in you company. In the Employment Record panel you can only see the currently active position of the employee!
