Navigation buttons are controls used for browsing or navigating. There are nine different elements of which some are not always available.

32319.png		 Delete record - Deletes the currently selected record.
32320.png First record - Jumps to the first record in the current set, according to the sorting and filtering applied (e.g. first order, invoice, etc.).

It is grayed out if you are already located at the initial record.
32321.png Previous record - Jumps to the previous record in the current set, according to any filtering or sorting applied. It is grayed out when no previous record exists.
32322.png Lookup- Clicking 006408.gif opens a special lookup table by using which you can search, sort and filter existing records in the database. Usually you can set multiple criteria. To enter in registers, invoices, etc. see corresponding descriptions.

Windows where using this function makes no sense (e.g. small and easy-to-use registers) do not offer a lookup table.
32323.png Save - Saves the changes made to the current record. They are saved automatically when shifting to a different record. The button is not grayed out only when entering the record or when changes occurred that have not been saved.
32324.png Next record - Jumps to the next record in the current set, according to any sorting or filtering applied.

It is grayed out when the next record does not exist.
32325.png Last record - Jumps to the last record in the current set, according to the sorting and filtering applied (e.g. first order, invoice, etc.).

It is grayed out if you are already located at the last record.
32326.png New record - Creates a new, blank record at the end of the current set and opens it.

Clone record - Copies the existing record to a new one; except for the ID, that is, the last character of the ID which is replaced by a question mark.

Pantheon will duplicate some other settings when duplicate document type. These are accounts and statuses. We marked fields we want to duplicate and copy them by using Copy button. Marked choices will be copied to new document type.

Cancel button can be used to cancel the operation.
000001.gif Before cloning a record, make sure the document is saved 32717.png, to avoid loss of data on the copy or original!
000001.gif To add a new record click 32328.png (new record button)!
000001.gif Any button whose use does not make sense will be grayed-out!
