Transferring the predefined Exchange settings for ePosting

The Exchange settings register maps the e-invoice data (in JSON format) to the PANTHEON invoice data. You can set it up manually or transfer the predefined register using the Web Service.

Below is an example of how to import the predefined Exchange settings register for ePosting.

1. Opening the Exchange settings register

From the main menu, the person responsible selects Settings | Documentation | Exchange settings.

The Exchange settings window opens.

Next, the person responsible can transfer the Exchange settings register using the Web Service.

2. Transferring the register using the Web Service

In the toolbar, the person responsible clicks the (Import/Export data) button and selects the Transfer register option from the menu.

The Convert data window opens.

Then, the person responsible clicks the Transfer from server button and the registers available for download are displayed in the lines.

HINT Invoices can be imported either summarized by tax rate or detailed by line item, which is why two registers are available for download, as shown in the image below. The difference between them is the data type P (positions or lines). The data for the header (Gx) is the same in both registers.

3. Transferring the data into the register

Two registers linked to the ePosting service are available for download.

The predefined Exchange settings registers for ePosting are imported by clicking the Transfer into register button in the bottom right corner.

Using the navigation buttons, the person responsible can search for newly added registers.
