Field Service Granule

Welcome to the technical guide for Field Service Granule!

Field Service Granule gives us an overview of all Service work orders or only those delegated to the signed-in Granule user, depending on the license in use.

It enables the user to list the service work orders, plan and dedicate service work to workers, report work done, report issued material and use of tools.

Servicing WO List

The list of Servicing WOs. This form opens when you log in to Field Service Granule.
Servicing WO

On the Servicing WO form we can access to selected Servicing WOs detailed data; Issued material, Tools, and Operations.
Operation The form Operations is used to view the lines of the work operations on a particular Servicing WO. 
Tools The form Tools is used to check the tools required on a particular Servicing WO. 
Issued material The form Issued Material is used to check the material lines on a particular Servicing WO.
