These summary reports look for transactions in the Goods module, where the valuation price is not entered (data for material consumption posting are missing), or the quantity of item in the receiving / issue document is missing.

Report Type

select the type of report that will be displayed according to the selected criteria. Currently selected report is printed by double-clicking on the name of the printout type or by clicking on the printout icon. Choose from the following :

  • Movements - Detailed - detail overview of the errors by documents and items
  • Check for Dicrepancies in Tax Types - the overview shows the number of the document with the position on the document, on which the tax type with the VAT rate on the document differs from the entered tax type with the VAT rate from the Item register
  • Movements by Documents - overview show messages about possible errors at the level of the document, where the error occurred
  • Movements by Items - overview show messages about possible errors at the Item level, where the error occurred
  • Documents Without Price Change - the program searches for all those documents for which a related Price Change document has not been created
  • ​Missing Move Records - for each document type program checks if there is any missing documents by sequence number. Report is basicly a control on moved documents between document types
  • Goods Packages - shows link between invoice and document where goods packages are defined
Document types check all the document types, for which we want to check data (record only document types are not on the list!)
Date from enter the date from which you want to perform the control
Date to enter the date to which you want to perform the control
Item choose Item, for which we want to perform the control
Warehouse the report can be limited to an individual warehouse
Department the report can be limited to an individual department
Cost center the report can be limited to an individual cost center
Status here we check, which documents will be taken into account on the reports, regarding status:
  • All - on the reports are taken into account both confirmed and unconfirmed documents
  • Unconfirmed - on the reports are taken into account only unconfirmed documents
  • Confirmed - on the reports are taken into account only confirmed documents
No Valuation Price check if you want to list movements that do not have an entered valuation price 
No Quantity check if you want to list movements that do not have quantity of the Item in the position of the document
Movements Without Prices check if you want to list movements that do not have an entered selling price 
Movements Without Lines check if you want to list movements that do not have any position on the document, only the Header of the document
Movements Without VAT date check if you want to list movements that do not have VAT date in the Header of the document
Movements that are not in the Documentation This checkbox is available only for report type 045 - Movement by Documents. Report with this option checkbox contains documents which are not transferred to the Documentation.

On "045 - Movements by Documents" report, there are extra settings for Printing documents in Documentation:

here we select, which documents will be taken into account on the reports, regarding status:
  • All Documents - on the reports are taken into account all documents in Documentaion: Transfered, Untransferred and Deleted documents
  • Transfered - on the reports are taken into account only documents that are transfered to documentation
  • Untransfered - on the reports are taken into account only documents that are not transfered to documentation
  • Deleted - on the reports are taken into account only documents have been deleted from documentation
Status in Documentation Here we select documents in documentation by their status
