Quick Overview

The out-of-the-box ZEUS Dashboards are used in the same way as with the other typical dashboards.

The Quick Overview is intended for creating quick overviews of crucial operation ratios.

It consists of the following components:

NAME	DESCRIPTION	UNIT	FORMULA	IT SHOWS:	LINK
Sales T/LYTL*	Index of turnover as compared to turnover in the same period last year. Range: 0-80, 80-110, 110-200	percentage point		how successful are you in comparison with last year sales?
Sales T/L	Index of turnover as compared to last year turnover. Range: 0-80, 80-110, 110-200	percentage point		how much more you have to sell to achieve total last year sales?
Top 15 Customers	15 customers, with which maximum average gross margin was made (GM). Gross margin (GM) is assessed in primary currency for the last 12 months.	currency	Σ(GM x sales quantity)	which customers produce most profit?
Sales by Months	Total sales in primary currency by months of the current year.	currency		how much (in what amount) have you sold this year?
Trade Receivables**	Debtors listed according to the amount of overdue receivables** in primary currency to specific subjects.	currency		the greatest debtors and how much they owe?	By double-clicking individual customer you open the Subjects register.
Payables to Suppliers**	Seznam upnikov po velikosti zapadlih obveznosti** do posameznega subjekta. V primarni valuti.	currency		the greatest creditors and the amount of debt?	By double-clicking individual supplier you open the Subjects register.
Debt Structure**	Structure of overdue trade receivables** according to categories of maturity by days..	ratio		debt structure, that is, the structure of trade receivables considering their due date.
Payables Structure**	Structure of overdue payables** to suppliers according to categories of maturity by days..	ratio		the structure of your payables to suppliers considering their due date.
