Chaptalization

In this window all tasks connected with chaptalization are recorded. Tasks can be inserted by individual wine sort and serial number of wine. Task can be inserted for more than one container at the time under condition that wine of same type and serial number is in containers. Task recording is starded with click on New Record.

Each individual task creates newwork order which includes all the costs of the task.

 

General Data

This part contains information about work order.

Processing date

Date of processing (today's date by default).

End date Date of end task (today's date by default).
Wine Variety (item) Wine variety is selected from drop-down. You can select from wine variesties with specific serial numbers in stock.
Serial number If there are more serial numbers, you can select correct serial.
Note Notes.
Status Status is allocated automatically through the process (once process is saved, cycle closes automatically). You can manually change it.
Total Wine Qty Total wine quantity in selected wine containers.
Selected Wine Quantity Selected wine quantity (can be lower than total). Filled automatically based on selected wine containers.
Shrinkage (wine) Qunatity of wine, that is removed from the process (shrinkage).
Labor total (hrs) Number of hours used for a task. Hours ca be added directly to individual worker, or can be added as total number, which will be calculated to individual worker.
Work order Number of work order which opens with double click.
 

Details

Task contains detailed information about wine. If information was already recorded on previous task, it will be transfered to next one.

Sugar Scale

Sugar scale unit is selected from drop-down..

Sugar Content Based on sugar scale selection, sugar content is selected.
Total Acidity Total acidity of wine.
pH pH of wine.
Initial Sulfuring Initial sulfuring value.
Note User's note.
Cooling Start Date of cooling start.
Initial Temperature Initial wine temerature.
Cooling End Date of cooling end.
Final Temperature Final wine temerature.

Wine for Processing

In this table there is a list of containers, that sotre selected wine. You can select all wine, just one container or smaller quantity from container.

 

Select

Field for selection.

Cellar (subj) User selects a cellar, where container is situated.
Container (subj) User selects a container, where wine is placed.
No. Number of container.
Wine Type Wine type is selected automatically from container.
Volume Volume of container.
Stock Stock of wine in container.
Container Type Container type. Information is added automatically.
U/M Unit of measurement.
Document Number of created document.

Fixed Assets

In fixed assets table user selects fixed asset that was used in the process. User can select fiex asset if it is recorded in database and marked as equipment. Fixed assets can be searched by name or inventory number.

Workers

User selects workers that were participating in the process. Besides selecting a user, working hours can also be written. If user doesn't know hours done, he can select workers and write total hours in the header of window. Hours will be sistributed to the rest of the workers.

Used Material

Used material is a special seperate division in this window. It is used to insert all the material, that was used in the process. User can insert more tha one material.

Item

Item as material, used in the process.

Name Name of the item.
Wareh. Warehouse, where material is stored.
Dose /hl Dosage per hectolitre.
Quantity Quantity of used material.
U/M Unit of measurement of material.
Document Number of created document.

Used Material by containers

This table calculates quantity of used material per wine container.

Cellar (subj)

Cellar, where container is situated.

Container (subj) Container, where wine is placed.
No. Number of entry.
Material (Item) Used material.
Warehouse Issuing warehouse.
Name Name of used material.
Quantity Quantity of material per container.
U/M Unit of measurement.

Automatic sugar lever calculation

Automatic sugar level calculation offers automatic calculation of sugar which has to be added in order to achieve desirable alcohol volume in wine. By double click on entry field for "Dose/hl" you approach to "sugar to alcohol" conversion table.
