Cellaring overview

Cellaring overview window has the same functionalities as the one in Agricultural holding | Wine cellar. In this window you can arrange cellar, add and edit wine barrels and arrange graphical allocation of wine barrels. In addition you can also add wine to barrel.

Visual Overview

Visual overview enables adding cellar, adding and moving barrels and barrel transfer to another cellar. In the right window, you can find detailed information for individual barrel (barrel features and information about content). Wine can be added to barrel through menus, accesible with right mouse click on individual barrel.

Cellar Status

Window contains tabelaric data of visual overview. In this window barrels can be added or edited.

Cellar (subj) Cellar is chosen from drop-down list. 
Cellar name (subj) Name of the cellar.
Container (subj) Unique ID of container (barrel) Container can be chosen from drop-down list or new can be inserted. If container is already added to cellar, it is not visible in the drop-down.
Container name Name of the container.
Container no. Number of the container. Next free number is allocated, but this can be edited.
Container type Type of container is chosen from drop-down. Information is used at visual overview.
Variation Variation of a container.
Capacity Capacity of a container.
U/M Unit of measurement for container.
No. of containers Number of containers.
Wine type Type of wine in selected barrel.
Wine color Color of wine in selected barrel (pre-set with wine type).
Content (item) Current content in selected barrel.
Vintage Vintage of the wine in the barrel.
Serial number Serial number of the wine.

Cellar Inventory

Cellar inventory contains all the information about tasks with wine in different barrels. This window enables an overview of barrel filling of emptying. You can also add bought wine to a barrel.

This window also shows stock of wine added directly through the documents. 

Date Date of entry.
Container (subj) Container ID, picked from drop-down menu.
Container name Name of a container. Filled automatically from container ID.
Container no. Number of the container. Next free number is allocated, but this can be edited.
Issuer(subj) Issuer of the wine (if wine is added through grape pressing, issuer is our farm).
Item Current content in selected barrel.
Serial number Serial number of the wine (mandatory entry).
Vintage Vintage of the wine in the barrel.
Quantity Quantity of a wine, added to container.
Stock Stock of wine in the barrel.
Volume Capacity of a container.
U/M Unit of measurement for container.
No. of containers Number of containers.
Wine type Type of wine in selected barrel.
Wine color Color of wine in selected barrel (pre-set with wine type).
Target cellar (subj) Target cellar of the wine.
Cellar (subj) Cellar, which the wine came from.
Container type Type of container is chosen from drop-down. Information is used at visual overview.
Document Created document.
Origin Origin of wine.
