Skipping or Stopping Tasks

When checking tasks, certain tasks can be skipped or stopped by using the Stop feature or skipping tasks in waiting.

The following is a use case of skipping a certain task.

CASE SUMMARY

The person responsible from the sales department has some tasks for confirming receipts with different amounts and subjects. The person responsible wants to skip one of the tasks. The person responsible does so in the following way:

  1. Running the business process for the overview of all tasks at once
  2. Confirming task
  3. Skipping current task

In the next step, the person responsible confirms tasks.

2. Confirming task
