In the Planning module of PANTHEON you can prepare a business plan for sales, purchasing, finance and payroll. The data can be analysed, compared with realisation and cash flow can be planned.

Creating a planning document
|
Tecta prepares planning for different periods and departments. In this section, we have prepared an example of annual planning for an in-house bar. In the plan, they want to forecast the values of sales, purchases, financial indicators and wage costs.

Once the planning document is ready, the data needs to be analysed in detail. Data analysis is most often stated by comparing realised and planned data. We have prepared an example of a plan analysis using Tecta as a case study.
