Entering Average Salary
1. Selecting a Register
First open the Average Salaries register from the menu.

1. Set Period in Average Salaries
In taskbar click
.
A new line opens where you can enter period of payroll calculation. 

The next available period which has not been entered in the register is offered. To enter some other period, enter appropriate value, e.g. 2007-05.
The predefined model lacks only 4 pieces of information: average salary, minimum salary, working hours per month and guaranteed salary.
Data required for payroll preparation can be obtained on the web.
Here enter data valid for period of April, 2007.

To enter a new period press Insert key or use button

There are additional five fields in the register that you can use in formulas of earnings types ( #Fa1#, #Fa2# itd.).
3. Setting up Average Salaries Register
Example: Accounting for food allowances. The employees are entitled to a maximum fee for food allowance. In this case 5.54 EUR. Enter it in the corresponding field in Average Salaries.
First set a new field in the Administration Panel.

Now you can enter a new column in Average Salaries for amount of food allowance returned to the employee for each working day.

In Earnings Types change formula used in accounting for food allowance accordingly.
