Setting up Metadata








Before setting up custom fields for metadata usage, determine what kind of documents will be used with specific classification and what are the document's metadata for which custom fields will be created.

Set a default value or leave it empty. |

Select a document field from a drop-down menu. |

Hide or show a field. |
Example: adding metadata
- Define sequence in which input data/field will appear on metadata form.
- Define if entry is mandatory.
- Define variable name to use in database queries.
- Select lookup type from available Pantheon lookuptypes
- Select datatype, integer, string, (slika PA - lookup-a)
input data/field on metadata form will match the selected datatype.
