Days
For sick pay for up to 30 days set work type RD. Just like for regular pay. Plus, set earnings type BP8. The compensation is calculated in accordance to the valid collective agreement.
Whenever calculating sick pay and treating the employee as having worked you can use the same formula as for regular pay (RDC). Of course, add variable for percentage of salary to the formula, e.g. for 80% you have to enter 0.8.
Below you can see an example of use:
If a company pays sick pay based employee's full-time salary of the previous month, use the following procedure:
- fill in compensation for up to 30 days and
change the formula accordingly:
