IRIS 7987 - Employee is missing active position

When opening the pay slip the program displays IRIS below in case we have in the calculation an employee:

• Which does not have an active position

• Has in the salary parameters confirmed checker Out of the company and on the pay slips empty field Period To

Solution

1. In Salary parameters we check if the position is marked as active or if the start and end date is in the period for which we are doing the pay slip. In case we have court enforcement, late payments of annual leave bonus, settlements, eg. It is not necessary to mark position as active.

2. In panel Pay Slips check if the period From /To. In case we have cases of court enforcements, late payments of annual leave bonus, settlements, eg. we need to close the Period To, so that employee will not show in pay slip preparation for following pay slips.
