Select Work Orders after Receiving report in Manufacturing Analysis and click Report (or double-click the report) in order to display it according to the set
criteria.
Report shows general information about work orders selected according to the set criteria.
The following data are displayed in the report header:
| Report generated | The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.

| Document Type | ID and name of
document type appears in header.
|
Report Name
| Report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case Work Orders after Receiving - appears here.

Data Contained in Work Orders:
Work Order
| Displays an ID of work order.
|
Item
| Displays an ID of product in production.
|
(name)
| Displays a name of product in production.
|
Produce By
| Displays a production deadline (end date of work order).
|
Planned
| Displays a planned product quantity (planned quantity).
|
Delivered
| Displays a quantity of currently produced and delivered products.
|
% complete
| Displays a quantity produced so far expressed in percentage from the planned one.
|
Status
| Displays a work order
status.
|
Bottom Section Offering Summary Data:
Total
| Displays a total number of work orders.
|
(planned)
| Displays a total planned quantity for production. It would be sensible to observe the quantity only in case you selected similar products.
|
(delivered)
| Displays total produced quantity so far. It would be sensible to observe the quantity only in case you selected similar products.
|
(% complete)
| Displays an average percentage of the total currently produced quantity of total planned product quantity in all work orders. It would be sensible to observe the quantity only in case you selected similar products.

Open
| Displays number and share (%) of work orders with assigned "Open"
status.
|
Released
| Displays number and share (%) of work orders with assigned "Released" status.
