Set professional education level accordingly in Education panel in Employee Files. For example: 1 - Master's degree.

When referencing variable #STSI# (professional education level), yoz cannot leave the Professional Education Level empty.

Proceed by entering the below condition:

[#STSI#=0:117,30][#STSI#=1:71,40]0

It means the following:

• if professional education level is set to 0 - Doctor's degree, the bonus amounts to 117.30 EUR [#STSI#=0:117,30]
• if professional education level is set to 1 - Master's degree, the bonus amounts to 71.40 EUR [#STSI#=0:71,40]
• The bonus is equivalent to 0 if not condition is met.
