Selecting
Positions of Employment tab opens a panel where you can link positions with resource. The upper section displays a list of positions of employment which are in turn linked to a
department entered in
resource general panel.
Add or remove positions from the list. You cannot update the list because it is linked to positions of employment.
To view a list of employees for a specific position of employment see bottom section.
Specifiying Lines in Positions of Employment

Displays number of record. You are offered the first available number. Update it at will. |

Specifying Employees in the Bottom Section

Here is displyed the employee assigned to the position of employment selected above. |
Only positions of employment with department equivalent to that of resource will be offered. Before changing department, a check is run for entered positions of employment. In case any data are found you cannot change department. Accordingly, you receive a notification.
