Tecta Sales
Tecta's main activity is the sale of tents of its own production. The company sells its products through suppliers and its own retail shop in Ljubljana. The company also offers rental, assembly and servicing services for its tents.
The sales process in companies often starts with a customer order. The order is not a mandatory document, but it can contain information that can be used to create sales documents.
At Tecta, two types of sales are used: wholesale to legal entities and retail to natural persons in Tecta's own retail store and bar.

Sales orders

Wholesale

Tecta's main activity is the wholesale of its own products. This chapter provides a description of the wholesale processes and an example of how to create a new sales issuing document. Sales are analysed using invoices and reports.

Retail
|
At Tecta, retail sales take place at the company's retail store and in-house bar. For retail sales, the module POS X in PANTHEON is used. This chapter provides a description of the retail process and shows the settings for the POSX module that are necessary for the operation of the tax cash register. Examples showing how to create a retail invoice and how to close the fiscal cash register are also described.
