The program has many built-in controls with which you can monitor data compliance with SAS.

1. Packing Slips Not Invoiced

After the check is run, all packing slips which were not invoiced in period are displayed. You can quickly check this and invoice them subsequently.

2. Unbalanced Journal Entries

After the check is run, all posted unbalanced journal entries are displayed.

You can open an unbalanced journal entry only when posting manually or trying to modify a journal entry which was created in automatic posting. In addition the Check Journal Entry Balance is set to temporarily or permanently. Here it is not required that the journal entry is balanced to store data.

The report is located in the Unbalanced Journal Entries panel in the Financials | Reports | Summary Reports.

3. Automatic Posting Check

After the check is run, all documents are displayed where the journal entry differentiates from the existing one and from unposted documents.
