Download mailboxes
In Step 4 of the Setup Wizard for Documentation, you can download the predefined mailboxes using the Web Service.
The form for downloading mailboxes works in the same way as similar forms used in other registers.
Predefined mailboxes that enable the program to connect to eDocumentation services and web shops are available for download from the server.

Here is a description of the form and its individual elements.
In the Criteria section, select the criteria for downloading mailboxes using the Web Service. The section contains the following fields:

Adding
|
If activated, any records that do not yet exist in the Mailboxes register will be downloaded using the Web Service. When this radio button is activated, its color turns orange.

Add/Update
|
If activated, any records that do not yet exist in the Mailboxes register will be downloaded using the Web Service, while the existing records will be overwritten. When this radio button is activated, its color turns orange.

For Country
|
Select predefined mailboxes that are available for the corresponding localization or country. Currently available localizations include:
- EU – European Union
- SI – Slovenia
- Other countries

|
Transfer from Server (button)
|
Downloads the mailboxes ations using the Web Service according to the selected criteria and import type.

The mailboxes table shows all the mailboxes that have been downloaded using the Web Service according to the criteria and import type selected.
The table displays the data fields for each mailbox:

Yes/No
|
Select the mailboxes to be downloaded to the register. When the checkbox is checked, its color turns orange.
Clicking the  (down arrow) button displays a list of operations or settings related to the mailbox under the mailbox line.

Name
|
Shows the name of the mailbox downloaded using the Web Service.
|
|
Subject
|
Enter any subject from the Subjects register to link it to the mailbox.
|
|
Icon
|
Shows the path to the icon that will be displayed in the Icon field of the Mailboxes panel.
|
|
Classification ID
|
From the drop-down list, select the classification ID from the classification scheme that will be assigned to the documents downloaded via the selected mailbox. The ID information is displayed in the Classification field of each mailbox.

|
Login ID
|
From the drop-down list, select a login ID to specify the login details to be used when connecting your mailbox to services. You can edit the list of logins in the Usernames and Passwords panel. The ID information is displayed in the Login field of each mailbox.

Transfer into Register (button)
|
Transfers the mailboxes selected in the table to the Mailboxes register.

HINT
You can edit the data in the table as desired before transferring it to the register.

In the footer of the form, there are buttons to navigate between the steps of the Setup Wizard.

Back (button)
|
Returns to the previous step of the Setup Wizard.
|
|
Next (button)
|
Moves to the next step of the Setup Wizard.
