Button Ad-hoc

   

At Treatment cost, we can see business costs via Ad - hoc analysis.

1. Settings

When conducting Ad-hoc analysis to view business costs, we only need to select the Document type criteria.

We can open AD-hoc as pop out or open on form.

 

2. Ad-hoc

Ad-hoc columns cannot be changed, only these criteria can be set:

Documents If we want to view data for each Document.
Documention type If we want to view data for each Documentation type.
Year If we want to view data by Year.
Month If we want to view data by Month.
Date If we want to view data by Date.
Department If we want to view data for each Department.
Vetrinarian If we want to view data for each Veterinarian.
Subject If we want to view data for each Subject.
Cost Drive If we want to view data for each Cost drive

 

We established this criterion with a drag and drop feature.

We can prepare any combination of data to analyze the business, for instance:

 

After selecting the data, it will be displayed in the graph below.

The criteria that have already been established in Ad-hoc are:

Services - Dogs All services that have been created for the data type of dogs.
Services - Cats All services that have been created for the data type of cats.
Services - Other All services that have been created for the data type of other.
Services - Dogs + Cats + Other The sum of services that were made to Dogs, cats, and other animals.
Services - Cattle All services that have been created for the data type of cattle.
Services - Pigs All services that have been created for the data type of pigs.
Services - Sheep and Goats All services that have been created for the data type of sheep and goats
Services - Cattle + Pigs + Sheep + Goats The sum of services that were made to cattle, pigs, shepep and gosts
Service - Equine All services that have been created for the data type of equine.
Service - Poultry All services that have been created for the data type of poultry.
First insemination count Number of first inseminations.
Servicers - First insemination Services of all first inseminations
Other - First insemination Services of all other inseminations. Hera are insemination that they have Item tipe diferent as services.
Repeat insemination count Number of repeat inseminations.
Servicers - Repeat insemination Services of all repaet inseminations
Other - Repeat insemination Services of all other repeat inseminations. Hera are insemination that they have Item tipe diferent as services.
Medicine - Dogs All medicines that have been used in the treatment of dogs. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine - Cats All medicines that have been used in the treatment of cats. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine - Other All medicines that have been used in the treatment of other. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine - Dogs +Cats + Other The sum of medicines that were made to dogs, cats and other animals.
Medicine - Cattle All medicines that have been used in the treatment of cattle. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine - Pigs All medicines that have been used in the treatment of pigs. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.

Medicine - Equine All medicines that have been used in the treatment of hoofed animals. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine - Poultry All medicines that have been used in the treatment of poultry. If medicine as a specialty is set in Links between the Item and the veterinarian.
Medicine All medication that does not fall into the criteria listed above.
Merchendise  - Dogs All merchendisethat have been used in the treatment of dogs.
Merchendise  - Cats All merchendise that have been used in the treatment of cats
Merchendise  - Other All merchendise that have been used in the treatment of other.
Merchendise  - Dogs + Cats + Other The sum of merchendise that were made to dogs, cats and other animals.
Merchendise  - Cattle All merchendise that have been used in the treatment of cattle.
Merchendise  - Pigs All merchendisethat have been used in the treatment of pigs.
Merchendise  - Sheep and Goats All merchendise that have been used in the treatment of sheep and goats.
