Settings
Here in the Settings panel, you can integrate a workflow to any PANTHEON form and link it to different Datasets. These additional settings are optional.
Here, you can also change the default name (e. g. Workflow definition 1) that each workflow gets when created.
The form has 3 sections or “grids”:
- Header – general information about the workflow.
- Links to Datasets – set the condition when you want to run the workflow (see more info below).
- Available on Form – define the form and menu where you want the shortcut to this workflow.

1. Header
In the header, you can find general information about the workflow: its name, any notes, and its ID number.
You can rename the workflow in the Name field.
2. Links to Datasets
This grid shows links between the workflow and a dataset on a specific PANTHEON form. Here, you set the condition for when you want to automatically run the workflow: define a specific PANTHEON form and field, define an operator and a value.
Name
|
The Dataset name can be obtained from a PANTHEON form with the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Q.
When inserting Dataset or Form names for integration, the desired form must be opened so that the Dataset or Form appears in the drop-down menu.
|
Link
|
Select a link field from a drop-down menu that belongs to the selected Dataset.

Hint
If you want to see an example how to enter Links to Datasets, go to chapter Setting Links to Datasets in the User Manual.
|
3. Available on Form
In this grid, you can set the form and the button where you want to integrate the workflow, i. e. where you will see the shortcut to this workflow. Without a shortcut, you have to find and run the workflow from the register.
