Importing Bank Statements via Halcom – eBank Banking System

eBanking in PANTHEON is a service that enables you to import bank statements from the Halcom banking system to PANTHEON. It is a consequence of total integration of the PANTHEON and Halcom business information systems.

A good thing about integrating is that the user in PANTHEON receives the statements from all banks that enable this feature in Halcom at one time.

For users, two services are available (described in the following use cases): importing an individual daily statement to PANTHEON

and importing a consolidated multi-day statement for a custom selected period, which is useful for accounting services, as well as smaller companies that do not post statements every day. In this case, several statements are transferred to the posting module at once in one file.

Importing an individual statement or importing a consolidated statement runs through a preprepared eWorkflow and mailbox, which means that the process is automatized.
