User Absence

Tasks are assigned to the responsible user, who carries them out. In the event of an expected or unexpected absence, tasks can be redirected to the next user who will perform them during the absence.
Redirect tasks to another user using the User absence form. The form can be accessed from the menu Settings │ Documentation │To-do, at the click of a button in the toolbar
(User Absence).

The following is a description of the functionality of the form.
Identify the user who is absent for the period of absence and the user who will take over the task.
Absent user

Select the user from the drop-down list who is absent and you want to transfer his/her tasks to another person.

Substitute user
|
Select the user from the drop-down list to whom you want to assign tasks (from absent user).

Absence from
|
Specify the start date of the absence.

HINT
You can select a date from the calendar that appears when you click on the drop-down list, or you can manually enter it.

Specify the end date of the absence.

Displays a list of tasks for the absent user, according to the specified period of absence

In case the substitute user is scheduled to work on other tasks or may be absent for a certain period of time, the data can be seen in the table.
Date
|
Date of planned work by the substitute user.

Absence
|
If check, the substitute user is absent.
|
Work Type
|
Work type. The code is displayed according to the work regime specified in the working time hierarchy.

The user have to be linked to the worker in the personal folder.

HINT
Adherence to a hierarchy of working time in order of priority, from highest to lowest:
- Planned working time in the Employee file.
- Planned working time of the department at the workplace in the Employee file.
- The working pattern defined in the Employee file.
- The working pattern defined in the first calendar, which has the same department or the one closest in hierarchy to employee department.
- The working time regime defined in the Working Time Records in the Administration Panel.

Start of the period of absence.

The list of tasks that need to be transferred to another user is displayed in a table.
Checked
|
If check, the task will be redirected to the substitute user.

|
Date of creation of the task.

Owned By
|
The user who created the job.
|
Document
|
A document related to the performance of a task.
|
Subject
|
A subject related to the performance of a task.

Due Date
|
Date of completion of the task.

We can check the content of previous task changes to another person. Then confirm the entered parameters to transfer the job to another person or close the form.

Opens a list of task redirection history. The table shows the data:
- Absent user
- Substitute user
- Date from
- Date to
When you click on the button , the preview is returned to the start of the form.

When clicked, the tasks are redirected to the substitute user. The form User absence is closed.

The form User absence is closed. Tasks are not transferred to another user.
