Daily Plan Closure
The Daily plan closure form allows you to edit data from the Closure tab of the Daily plan form. It also allows you to transfer unfinished tasks to other daily plan.
You can access the form by clicking the Edit closure button in the Closure tab of the Daily Plan form.

Below is a description of the form’s features:
The header contains Daily plan data and allows you to finish all tasks, choose daily plan for transfer of unfinished task and print the report.

Key

Displays the ID of the daily plan.
|

Date
|
Displays the date of the daily plan.
|
|
Shift
|
Displays the shift of the daily plan.
|
|
From
|
Displays the start time of the shift.
|
|
To
|
Displays the end time of the shift.
|
|
Department
|
Displays the department of the daily plan.
|
|
Superior
|
Displays the superior or person responsible for the daily plan.
|
|
Finish All Lines
|
By clicking the button, you finish all unfinished tasks in the table. All lines in the table will get checkbox Finished checked.

Transfer Unfinished Task to Daily Plan
|
From the dropdown menu, select the Daily plan to which you want to transfer unfinished tasks from the table.

Print
|
By clicking the button, you open the 4L2 – Daily Plan Closure report.
|
The table shows data of the lines from Closure tab of the Daily plan form.

Buttons in the footer of the form allow you to confirm the edited data or the cancel the editing.

Cancel
|
By clicking the button, you cancel the editing of the data.
|
|
Finish
|
By clicking the button, you confirm the changes made or the transfer of unfinished tasks.
