Miscellaneous

Miscellaneous tab allows to set user settings for searching by subject ID-s, user custom e-mail message template, the interval for checking tasks as well as an option for displaying unread tasks at startup and the level of Superior supervision.

The form can be accessed as sub-tab on Personal settings tab, by clicking the individual user on the Users panel in Administration Panel.

The form is made up of certain elements, which we describe below.

1. General

In this section, you can set usage externad ID and default text to be display in e-mail message sent by the user.

HINT With a double click in E-Mail Template Text field, Text editor form is opened. For detailed e-mail  settings read chapter Form Used for Sending by e-Mail.

2. Tasks

In this section, you can set the interval on a user level for checking tasks as well as an option for displaying unread tasks at startup .

3. Superiors and Employees whom Her or She is Superior

In this section, you can set who is superior.
