Notifying of open tasks (use case)

The eWorkflow Notiy of open tasks is used to automatically notify the relevant users of the open tasks assigned to them. When the program starts, the eWorkflow checks all open tasks assigned to all users and sends them emails with the list of open tasks. The users can then check the tasks in PANTHEON and take appropriate action.

Below is a use case of receiving an email notification and checking the tasks with the help of the above eWorkflow.
Depending on the settings, the eWorkflow should start automatically.
After the eWorkflow autorun, the person responsible receives an email with information about the open tasks.
- 604: New absence (07.12.2022)
- 609: New absence (14.12.2022)
- 725: New absence (09.01.2023)

Next, the person responsible checks the relevant tasks in PANTHEON.
By selecting Settings | Documentation | To-do from the main menu or clicking the Task list button in the top right of the program window, the person responsible opens the Task list form.
The tasks are displayed in a tab view.
The table shows the tasks of which the user was notified by email.

The person responsible can then run the tasks and accept (confirm) them or mark them as Completed in a different way.
