Navigation buttons

Navigation buttons
Navigation buttons are located on each PANTHEON form. They can be found at the top or at the beginning of the program window.

The Navigation Buttons row of a single form is made up of up to ten elements with the following functions:
Undo - undoes the operation we last performed.

Delete record - deletes the currently selected record.
Start database - clicking this button puts you on the first record in the database (e.g. the first order, invoice, etc.).
The not active button (dimmed) when the cursor is already positioned at the start of the base.

Previous record - jump to the previous record in the database (if order 5 is currently displayed, this button takes you to order 4).
The not activen button (is dimmed) when the cursor is positioned at the start of the database and the previous record does not exist.

Search - clicking on the icon will open a special search table (search window), which allows you to search among the existing records in the database. Usually, you can also select more than one search criteria.
-
See the descriptions of the individual windows for entering code lists, invoices, etc.
-
On windows where the use of the function does not make sense (e.g. short and simple code lists), the lookup table is not available.

Save - the record is saved automatically when you navigate (using the navigation buttons) to a new record. The button is only active if the record has been entered or modified and is not yet saved.
Next record - jump to the next record (e.g. from order 5 to order 6).
The button is inactive (dimmed) when the cursor is positioned at the end of the database and the next record does not exist.
End of database - clicking this button takes you to the last record in the database (e.g. the last order).
The button is not active (dimmed) when the cursor is already positioned at the end of the base.

Add record - inserts a new, empty record at the end of the database and moves us to it.

Double record - copy an existing record to a new one. It is recognised by the fact that the cipher of this record is the same as the original cipher (i.e. the one we copied), but with a new last character added - a question mark.
When duplicating document types, the software also offers to duplicate some other settings. Select the desired fields to transfer and click Copy to transfer to the new document type.
