Planning
The module Planning in PANTHEON is used to prepare and analyze sales, purchasing, finance or payroll plans. The data can be analyzed and compared with realization, and cash flow can also be projected.

Creating a planning document
|
Tecta prepares plans for different periods and departments. This chapter presents an example of annual planning for Tecta's in-house bar. The plan will be used to forecast the values of sales, purchases, financial indicators and the cost of salaries.

Plan analysis
|
Once the planning document is ready, the data needs to be analyzed in detail. Data analysis is most often performed by comparing the realized and planned data. Using Tecta as an example, this chapter shows how to analyze such a plan.
