Employee leave review

In the Work records module of the Personnel Granules you can view your used and remaining leave days and you can see leave history for past years. You can access your records anywhere, that is either at work, in the field or from home.

Below is a simple example of how to use the Personnel Granule.

CASE SUMMARY Richard Worker, a manufacturing employee at Tecta Ltd., is using Personnel Granule. He is planning his hollidays and would check his remaining leave days, without contacting company Personnel department. . This is done as follows: Opening Leave tab Review of Leave data

1. Opening Leave tab

After logging in to PANTHEON Granule, the person responsible selects Work records | Leave.

This opens Leave tab.

HINT This particular example was made using Apple iPhone. The appearance of some features may vary depending on the brand and operating system of your mobile phone or tablet.

He continues with review of his leave data.

2. Review of Leave data

Leave tab shows employee leave data from PANTHEON Employee files.

In the table he checks his remaining leave days for this year. 

He would like to also see his leave data for past years so he selects Open all in the table.

This show additional date for his leave in past years.

He review his past years leave data.
