Review personnel documentation

In the Documents module of the Personnel Granules you can view your personal company documentation (Payrolls, Employment contract, etc).

You can access your records anywhere, that is either at work, in the field or from home.

Below is a simple example of how to use the Personnel Granule.

CASE SUMMARY Richard Worker, a manufacturing employee at Tecta Ltd., is using Personnel Granule. He would like to review his Employment contrat and print it, without contacting company Personnel department. . This is done as follows: Opening Documents Review of Document Print Document

1. Opening Documents

After logging in to PANTHEON Granule, the person responsible selects Documents.

This opens Documents tab.

HINT This particular example was made using Apple iPhone. The appearance of some features may vary depending on the brand and operating system of your mobile phone or tablet.

He continues with review of his evaluation records.

2. Review of Document

Documents tab shows employee document records from PANTHEON Documentation.

To see his Employment contrat he filter documents in field Category and select clasification 111 - Employment contracts, contracts for sevices.

Contract is filtered on the list.

He preview contract by selecting (preview) button.

In the next step he prints the document.

3. Print Document

To print contract he select (print) button on document preview.

He selects printer and prints the contract.

HINT By selecting  (download) button on document preview you can save documents localy.
