0A9 - Last Entries by Databases

   

The 0A9 - Last Entries by Databases shows all last entries in databases, according to criteria from Accounting Work Report form.

You can open the report by double clicking 0A9 - Last Entries by Databases from the Reports tab or clicking Print button in the Basic Criteria section of Accounting Work Report form.

Below is a description of report's features.

1. Information about the report

This section contains the informan about the report

Company Displays the information about the company that the report is generated for.
User Displays the user that generated the report.
Report generated Displays the time when the report was generated.
Work date Displays the time period selected in the Basic criteria section of the Accounting Work Report form.
Database

Displays the databases selected in the Basic criteria section of the Accounting Work Report form.
Users Displays the users selected in the Basic criteria section of the Accounting Work Report form.
Documents older than days Displays number of days, for which only older documents will be included in the report.

2. Reported data

This section contains data about last entries in the databases according to criteria selected in the Basic Criteria section of the Accounting Work Report form.

Database Displays the name of the database.
Received inv. Displays the key of the last received invoice.
Issued inv. Displays the key of the last issued invoice.
Bank acct. Displays the key of the last posting document.
VAT Displays the VAT period.
Paym. orders Displays the number of created payment orders.
Payroll Displays the keys of the last payroll document.
Trips Displays the key of the last trip document.
Fixed Assets Displays the key of the last depreciation caluclation document.
