Export for Audit
Journal entries can be export to file by using Export for Audit button. Export was designed mostly for audit purpose. Default file type is DBF. But we can also choose between txt and xls file.
An example:
We enter criteria on Journal Entry form to create file. Prepare export of all journal entries in the period of 01.01.2016 do 30.06.2016.
New window will appear by using Export for Audit button.

Columns in do not export window will not be visible in exported data file. The will not be exported. |

There we have option on managing report information to be export. We decide which columns will be exported and which not.
We use arrows to move columns between Export and Do not export window. Mark with mouse pointer the column we want to move first, and that click arrow in the direction we want.

Chart of Acct. Translations

Choose the language for accounts name. If the translation for the account is not found, the name will appear in original language of chart of accounts. |

Choose data file type.There are three options available: DBF, XLS, XLSX and TXT. |

Put switcher on, if we would like to export also column names. |
| Save To |
Set the path where we want the data file export. |
Cancel the export data with 
button.
Export data into file with 
button.
When export data in file, message will appear.
Push OK button and export is finished. Always review file before its use, to confirm the correctness of the exported data.
