Attendance


Attendance records are important to keep track of the hours worked by an employee. It makes it easier to review and allocate work between employees. It records all departures and arrivals of employees in the company.
Here is an example of how to edit attendance records in PANTHEON.

CASE SUMMARY
Katarina Kader, responsible person at Tecta, wants to manually correct the attendance register for Damjan Delavec, a production employee. On 5.4.2022, the employee arrived at work 10 minutes late and stayed at work 30 minutes late. The responsible person records the data as follows:

1. Importing attendance records
The responsible person can import data from Time and attendance or the time and attendance system for the worker into the Time and attendance panel.

2. Organising attendance records
In the Recording panel, the person responsible can correct the data.
If there is no system to record working time, the person in charge can manually correct the working time data.
At the end of the month, the person in charge manually corrects the attendance of Damjan.
For the day 5.4.2022, he enters in the Date and time field the information about arriving at work at 8:10 and leaving work at 16:30.

In the Type field, it shall select the type of arrival/departure that it has organised in the Arrival/Departure Types Chart.
After editing the data, it clicks on the
(Check pairs) button to check if the events are correctly paired.
Clicking on the Logical control button checks that each »arrival« has a »departure« pair.
The responsible person clicks the
(Fill calendar) button.
This transfers the data to the Factual Time Calendar and the Tasks panel.
