Help desk

By selecting the Help desk option, we can let the help desk know where we have had a need for help, an explanation, or wanted to report a bug.

The function enables us to connect to our user site at DataLab d.o.o., from where we have the option to report a question to the help desk, review their answers, and look into the database of all questions sent to the help desk.

The welcome address will display the name of the registered user who is logged in to the program, and the name of our company.

The website offers the following options:

Reporting a new incident (a question, bug, usage issue) to the help desk. If we cannot find the answer to our question in the user manual or on the list of questions or answers that have been received so far, we can submit a new question to the help desk.
Adding an answer Reviewing the answers, entered by the help desk, by ourselves or another program user in our company.
Browsing incidents An overview of the questions that have already been sent to the help desk and the received answers.
