In this window, you can predefine the most commonly used diagnoses, which can be used in the treatment document.

ID

The ID is automatically generated and cannot be modified by the user.

Description
|
Enter the description of the diagnosis. The Description MUST be unique and can't be repeated.

Note
|
Enter a note for the diagnosis. If a note is entered when creating a treatment, then the note will be transferred into the window for the diagnosis.

A
|
Defines if record is active or not. Just active records are shown to the user when entering new or modifying existing treatment documents.
