421- Invoices Received in Accounting Firms
This document type is used when entering and subsequently posting costs.

We need to mark switch Posting of Costs
for posting of costs from invoices. It is necessary to choose the type of invoices as Invoices Received:

From drop down menu choose document type where we want to have invoices. 
Posting of received invoices will be made by using
button. Journal will be created automatically without showing the list of documents to be posted.
The form for posting invoices can be shown only with marked switch
. With the switch Show Window for Automatic posting marked, we will get candidates for posting before posting journal. Same as posting other documents.
